He is fulfilled as a trainer and facilitator, and has trained, among others, international teams under the Erasmus+ Program, councilors of Poznań housing estates, or regional cadres of the ZHR. He has experience in cooperation and relationship building with foreign partners.

He specializes in Business & Law English and improving the elements of non-formal education. She searches for new, out-of-the-box teaching methods and creates more and more educational panels based on them. Her main focus is to support the educational process in all participants of our workshops and to make learning attractive.

Social activist with a business background. In the workshops he conducts, he places great emphasis on reflection and awareness of emotions and the learning processes taking place. His education is Interdisciplinary Individual Studies. He led, among others. Research on the motivation and behavior of Generation Z in the labor market.

He has been working regularly with children and young people for years. Currently, he and his team are working out the direction of the development of the scout movement at the national level.

He specializes in topics related to effective communication, motivation, emotional intelligence and all that we can call the so called “emotional intelligence”. “soft management.” He is also responsible for the foundation’s development of international youth projects within the framework of EU Programs.
